Getting started

Sign in with an email magic-link or Google (no passwords). Then in Settings → Meta Ads connect your Meta account with the Connect button — the required permissions cover ad management, pages and lead reading.

For agency, long-term use a System User token is recommended (generated in Business Manager, never expires) — paste it in the same Settings section.

Create a Client (workspace), then claim the Meta ad account into it (search by name or act_ id). After the claim, the first full sync downloads campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and daily insights (13 months back).

One account is mirrored by one workspace — don't claim the same account with another user in parallel; team members join the same mirror via invites.

On the Clients page invite members by email with three roles: Manager (full control), Editor (edits and pushes), Viewer (read-only). Invitees don't need a Meta connection — they work on the shared mirror.

With tenant delegation a teammate can act as a co-equal account owner over the whole workspace (claiming with your Meta connection).

On the Manage tab every modification (rename, budget, status, bulk actions) lands in the Changes queue — neither the mirror nor Meta is written immediately. Review the items on the Changes tab, then send everything to Meta in one batch with Push.

Under a Meta rate-limit the push waits and completes automatically — the amber notice indicates this; no need to press again.

On the Create tab you build a full chain: campaign → ad set → ad with up to 5 texts × 5 headlines × 5 descriptions and up to 10 images. The “Import from ADCC” button pulls a copy set generated in Ad Campaign Crafter in one click.

Everything created lands PAUSED in Meta — activation is a deliberate, separate step.
